FACTS


• In his letter dated 7.2.2007, the complainant claims to have developed a scientific Future Imaging Tool with the help of which it is possible to forecast air crashes in advance so as to save lives of pilots etc. As per his claim, the invention has been registered under International Copyright Order, 1999. He had intimated the Directorate of Flight Safety about his invention and appears to have made prolonged correspondence for the induction of this equipment into the Air Force but did not receive any response. In this background, he had sought information on 04 paras from CPIO essentially intending to know the action taken on his letters etc.


• Heard on 17.12.2009. Appellant not present. The public authority is represented by the officers named above. It is the submission of Wg Cdr Sajan that complainant Shri Sonakia was asked to make a demonstration at the Air Headquarters about 03 months back and, thus, the mater is under process. DECISION


• In view of the above, it is not necessary for the Commission to pass any order. The matter stands closed.
